Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) professionals in Las Vegas, Nevada region.  The open positions include a Director role as well as technical roles including senior-level technologists in hospital that range in size from 300-beds to 500-beds each.  Universal Health Services, Inc. owns and operates acute care hospitals across the United States.  We are an “in-house” self-operated healthcare technology management program that includes ALL medical technologies within the acute care hospital, such as traditional biomedical devices, imaging systems, clinical laboratory devices, medical device integration and cybersecurity strategies for medical devices.


The Program Director of HTM drives all aspects of the UHS Hospital HTM program toward excellence, leveraging healthcare technology and information systems to ensure patients, visitors and coworkers have an exceptional experience at UHS facilities.  The technical team member roles need to be motivated and take initiative to do the right thing for staff, patients and guests.  Our HTM program strives to provide our patients and guests with a fantastic experience while at our facility.  Our HTM leadership is driven to provide HTM team members with education and support to grow as a professional in the career field.  ACI certification plays an important role in our HTM program and team members are encouraged and reimbursed for ACI professional certification as well as IT certifications related to the career field.  Tuition reimbursement is also a benefit for those desiring to further their educational background.



• Associate’s Degree in a biomedical/electronics program or military education and program experience.

• At least 5 years of management/senior technologist experience, preferably in healthcare technology management for the Program Director role.

• Requires highly developed communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively work with all levels of hospital team members

• Medical equipment knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, medical device life-cycle understanding, etc...).

• Understanding of regulatory requirements of medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State, Local).
